1) Agreement to Terms

3) Quotes, Estimates & Change Orders

5) Payments
- Payment terms are defined in Project Documents (e.g., deposit, progress payments, final balance).
- Late balances may incur a [1.5%] monthly finance charge (or the maximum allowed by law).
6) Warranties & Disclaimers
- We warrant our workmanship for [12] months from substantial completion, excluding normal wear, misuse, or acts of others/third parties.
- EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY STATED, THE SITE AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.
7) Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SERVICES OR THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS PAID BY CLIENT TO US FOR THE SPECIFIC PROJECT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
8) Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Leon AM Services from and against claims arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Site or Services.
9) Intellectual Property
The Site, its content, trademarks, logos, and materials are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by law. You may not copy, modify, or use them except as permitted.
10) Prohibited Uses
You agree not to engage in unlawful or abusive activities on the Site, including attempting to interfere with its security or operation.
